The invention discloses a wire clamp cut-off device applied to electrified conditions and belongs to the wire clamp removal field. The invention aims to solve the problem of inconvenience in removing a wire clamp which has been used for a long time. The wire clamp cut-off device comprises a body and arc-shaped protection plates which are arranged symmetrically in a longitudinal direction and are located at an end portion of the body; the outer surface of the body is provided with an operation rod; a linkage rod, a motion frame and an action rod are arranged in the body; an end portion of the operation rod is fixedly connected with an end portion of the linkage rod so as to drive the linkage rod to perform circular motion in the body; the other end portion of the linkage rod is provided with an end block; the end block is arranged in the motion frame and drives the motion frame to move inside the body; one end of the action rod is fixed on the motion frame; arc-shaped blades which are symmetrically arranged in a longitudinal direction are fixed onto the other end of the action rod; the arc-shaped blades are located at the inner sides of the arc-shaped protection plates; and the body, the operation body and the arc-shaped protection plates are all made of insulating materials. The wire clamp cut-off device of the invention is used for removing a wire clamp in an electrified manner.
