The present invention relates to a sealing film for an exterior member of an electric storage device, an exterior member for an electric storage device, and a manufacturing method thereof. The sealant film (3) of the present invention is configured to include at least one unstretched film layer including a propylene-based polymer and a first lubricant being at least one selected from the group consisting of a saturated fatty acid amide and an unsaturated fatty acid amide; and a second lubricant, wherein the second lubricant is at least one selected from the group consisting of a saturated fatty acid bisamide and an unsaturated fatty acid bisamide. With this configuration, it is possible to provide a sealant film for the exterior member that can suppress a decrease in the amount of a lubricant deposited on the surface of the exterior member, thereby being excellent in moldability and not likely to show white powder on the surface.
