The invention relates to an adaptive power grid harmonic analysis method integrating multiple algorithms. The method includes the following steps that: real-time voltage waveforms are acquired through a data acquisition device; a harmonic analysis result standard is determined, and an expected value is set; harmonic anomalies are judged in real time; a harmonic analysis module analyzes the acquired voltage waveforms through using the multiple algorithms and outputs analysis results; and the frequencies and amplitude information of noise signals expressed by the results are determined, classification is performed according to the frequencies, harmonic components are analyzed, and a harmonic source is determined according to equipment and load on a line. According to the adaptive power grid harmonic analysis method integrating multiple algorithms, the harmonic components are accurately analyzed; the multiple algorithms are combined to select the relatively accurate and most desirable analysis result; and therefore, the accuracy of the analysis of the harmonic components can be increased.
