The intelligent management system comprises two intelligent detecting and controlling devices, an alarming buzzer and a roadblock, the intelligent detecting and controlling devices are electrically connected with the alarming buzzer and the roadblock correspondingly and symmetrically distributed on the rail sides of the two sides of the railway intersection, and the two intelligent detecting and controlling devices are connected in parallel; each intelligent detecting and controlling device comprises a locating column, a protective cover and a controlling circuit, and the controlling circuit comprises a data processing module, a data communication module, a driving module and a duty sensor array; and the duty sensor array comprises at least four symmetrically distributed duty sensors. The intelligent management system of the railway intersection based on the duty sensors is simple in structure, good in running stability, high in detecting precision, high in automatic operation degree, and the intelligent management system further has the remote monitoring and data communication ability, so that the traffic management ability of the railway intersection can be greatly improved, and safety and reliability of running of the railway intersection are improved.
