The invention provides a headrest cover which can be simply detached with respect to a headrest, and can be arranged on an accurate position. A changeable cover 10 for a seat headrest 4 comprises: a first locking part 11 for locking a portion of the cover 10 with a stay 41 of the headrest 4; and a second locking part 12 for locking another portion of the cover 10 with the headrest 4. The first locking part 11 may be, for example, a through-hole into which the stay 41 is inserted. The second locking part 12 may be, for example, a hook-and-loop fastener member.
