The invention relates to a filter cartridge for cutting and filtering which is used for filtering a solution after crude fat is extracted from a trichloromethane-methanol solution. The filter cartridge comprises a drum and a base cover; the drum comprises a drum tray and a first single-ring thread; the base cover comprises a second single-ring thread; the bottom of the base cover is hollow and is used for filtering the solution; and the upper part of the base cover is designed as a cutting edge and is used for cutting a filter paper. When the filter cartridge is used for filtering the crude fat solution, the filtering treatment can be quickly and effectively completed, the oxidization risk of the fat in the solution is reduced and the accuracy and reliability of the experiments, such as, subsequent fatty acid methyl esterification and other tests, can be promoted.
