The invention provides a sacroiliac joint fusion cage. The sacroiliac joint fusion cage comprises a fusion block which is of a bone trabecula structure and in a column shape, so that when the fusion block is implanted into a sacroiliac joint, cartilage tissue of the sacroiliac joint grows into the bone trabecula structure; therefore, after the sacroiliac joint fusion cage is implanted into the sacroiliac joint, bone cells and micro blood vessels can crawl and grow into the bone trabecula structure along micropores in the bone trabecula structure during a recovery process of a patient, and an activated fused embedded sacroiliac joint fusion system is formed finally, so that the good stability is provided. By means of the sacroiliac joint fusion cage, the problem is solved that it is difficult for a sacroiliac joint fusion cage in the prior art to be fused with the sacroiliac joint.
