The invention discloses a power supply isolating and disposing system which includes a first signal acquisition unit, a first judgment unit, a processing unit, and an alarm unit. The first signal acquisition unit acquires first power supply information of a power supply. The first judgment unit receives the first power supply information and judges whether the first power supply information is qualified, and sends a cutoff signal to the processing unit if the first power supply information is unqualified. The processing unit includes a control module which receives the cutoff signal, makes the incoming line switch of the power supply turned off, and sends an alarm signal to the alarm unit. The alarm unit receives the alarm signal, and sends out alarm information. An abnormal power supply can be found and disposed in time without human inspection, and can be isolated from a power system to ensure the safe and reliable operation of electric equipment. The invention further discloses a power supply isolating and disposing method.
