The invention discloses a multi-functional device for salvage and sampling in a small-diameter deep well. The device includes a measurement module and a function module, and the measurement module is detachably connected with the function module through a fastening piece; the measurement module includes at least one measurement rod, the two ends of each measurement rod are provided with connection holes, and every two measurement rods are connected in the connection holes through a fastening piece; the function module includes a safety component and a function unit, the safety component is fixed on the function unit, and the function unit is detachably connected with the measurement rod. Through the interaction between the measurement module and the function module, the salvage and sampling of different articles in the small-diameter deep well can be achieved through the function module.
