The integrated hoist comprises a hoisting lug, a hoisting frame, two guiding rods, two bent plates, two inner clamping plates and two outer clamping plates. The hoisting lug is fixed to the dead center of the top end of the hoisting frame; the hoisting frame comprises the oppositely arranged wall plates, a top plate and a bottom plate, wherein the top plate and the bottom plate are arranged correspondingly up and down; a cavity with the two sides being open is formed in the hoisting frame; the two guiding rods, the two bent plates, the two inner clamping plates and the two outer clamping plates are arranged in the cavity; outer clamping feet are arranged at the bottoms of the two outer clamping plates correspondingly; half-cylinder-shaped inner clamping feet are arranged at the bottoms of the two inner clamping plates correspondingly; and first inner embedding openings and second inner embedding openings are formed in the circumferential faces of the inner clamping feet. According to the integrated hoist for steel coil annealing, through mutual combination and usage of the outer clamping plates, the inner clamping plates, the first inner embedding openings and the second inner embedding openings with the clamping plates, steel coils, trays, heating mantles, convection boards and outer covers can be hoisted respectively, the number of the hoist is decreased, and the working efficiency is improved.
