The invention provides an intelligent helmet for rescue in a building and a rescue navigation method using the intelligent helmet, and belongs to the field of fire evacuation. The intelligent helmet comprises a helmet body, a CPU, a storage unit, a gravity sensor, a gyroscope, a horizontal acceleration sensor, a geomagnetic meter sensor, a common camera, a depth camera, a microphone, a voice player, a battery and a holographic lens. During use, a three-dimensional model of the building is established in the preparation stage, key points are calibrated in the model, and communication information of all the key points is generated; in the rescue navigation stage, a user determines a starting point and a destination, and the user is guided to reach the destination through a planning path guide arrow displayed on the holographic lens. By means of the intelligent helmet and the method, accurate positioning can be provided for the user in a building so that guidance can be provided when rescue is carried out in the building and rescue workers can quickly arrive at a rescue place, and the practical value is high.
