The invention discloses a method for real-timely monitoring an echo of an operating instruction for an industrial control operating system. The method comprises the following steps: when a user logs in to a host, enabling a host system to create a session for the user, and recording login information into a log file; after the user logs in to the host, executing a script program in the session, and recording all operations and screen echoes under the session into the log file; and adding the log file to a monitoring list through an API interface of the host system, when the log file changes, performing parsing, and reporting a parsing result to the background. According to the method disclosed by the invention, all the operations and echoes that the user logs into the host can be real-timely monitored, and meanwhile, illegal operations and illegal intrusions can be real-timely blocked, the transparency of host monitoring can be increased, and the security risks can be reduced.
