The present invention discloses an active distribution network energy storage configuration method based on a dual-energy storage system. The method comprises the following steps: the step 1) constructing a location model, solving the location model to obtain the access position of energy storage according to a setting constraint condition, wherein the access position of each energy storage corresponds to one charging and discharging strategy; and the step 2) accessing two sets of energy storages at the access position, making a dual-energy storage system operation strategy according to the charging and discharging strategies, and taking the minimum energy storage cost as an object for optimization of the energy storage capacity. The method provided by the invention can perform decoupling of location and constant volume problem configured in energy storage and perform solution of two corresponding phases so as to simplify the solution difficulty.
