The invention discloses an electricity selling company pricing optimization method under reformation of electric power system to fill the blank of researching electricity selling company pricing optimization method in electricity selling market at present. The method comprises the steps: a Bertrand model is adopted to perform modeling and solving on electricity selling prices of different electricity selling companies, an analytic hierarchy process is adopted to model user utilities of the electricity selling companies, an expression of the user utilities is obtained, and a Logit model is utilized to calculate market shares of different electricity selling companies. According to the invention, prices and corresponding market shares of the electricity selling companies in the open electricity selling market can be scientifically and reasonably calculated.
