The invention belongs to the technical field of cable, and particularly relates to a layer stranded type fiber optic cable. The layer stranded type fiber optic cable contains a cable core and a cracking resistant sheath extruded and covered outside the cable core. The layer stranded type fiber optic cable is characterized in that the cable core consists of reinforcements located in the central part, a plurality of loose tubes twisted around the reinforcements, a fixed layer covered all the whole loose tubes and a filling layer located outside the fixed layer; any two adjacent loose tubes are out of phase; at least one light-guide fiber is provided in each loose tube; the fixed layer relative to the interior loose tube is sealed with liquid; the material of the fixed layer is polypropylene or polyethylene or polybutylene terephthalate.
