The novel portable refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a flexible exhaust pipe and a heat dissipating port; four sets of universal wheels are mounted at the bottom of the refrigerator body; a stainless steel corrugated hose is connected to the periphery of the flexible exhaust pipe and between an exhaust pipe module A and an exhaust pipe module B; the head end surface of the exhaust pipe module B is in thread rotation connection with a second sealing protective cover through a second locking knob; and two shoulder belts are symmetrically connected to the back end surface of the refrigerator body. Based on universal wheels and pull rods of existing portable refrigerators on the market, the two shoulder belts are symmetrically connected to the back end surface of the refrigerator; and when the refrigerator cannot travel on an uneven ground through the universal wheels, the two shoulder belts are provided for facilitating users to bear the refrigerator on the backs to achieve carrying, the manual holding or lifting mode for carrying is not needed, and the physical strength consumption of the users is relieved.
