The invention discloses a 3D printing clothing material with a good antibacterial effect and a preparation method of the 3D printing clothing material. The 3D printing clothing material is prepared from raw materials as follows: PBS (poly(butylene succinate)), PLA (polylactic acid), graphene, azodiisobutyrate (ethylene glycol acrylate), magnesium oxide, an ACR modifier, an aerosol generator, trimethylolpropanetris(3-aziridinylpropanoate), an acrylic acid type compatilizer, 2,6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, propyltrimethoxysilane, bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, poly-aluminum chloride, ester quaternary ammonium salt type softeners, styrene, a rare earth stabilizer, boric acid and an antibacterial agent. The 3D printing clothing material is prepared through steps including crushing, mixing, granulation, wire drawing, rolling and the like. The prepared 3D printing material is low in cost, environmentally friendly, good in moisture absorption and dissipation performance and safe to use and can be used for production of various clothing.
