本发明公开了一种促进豌豆离体根边缘细胞生长的营养液，该营养液由聚乙二醇溶液和无水氯化钙混合而成，其中所述聚乙二醇溶液的溶液浓度为2％。本发明通过调整聚乙二醇的溶液浓度及限定溶液中的钙浓度，从而有效地延缓豌豆根边缘细胞解体，促进豌豆离体根边缘细胞的生长及延长其细胞活性。

The invention discloses a nutritional liquid for promoting growth of border cells of excised roots of pea. The nutritional liquid is prepared by mixing a polyethylene glycol solution and anhydrous calcium chloride, wherein the concentration of the polyethylene glycol solution is 2%. The nutritional liquid has the advantages that by adjusting the concentration of the polyethylene glycol solution and limiting the concentration of calcium in the solution, the disintegration of the border cells of the exercised roots of the pea is effectively delayed, the growth of the border cells of the exercised roots of the pea is promoted, and the activity of the cells is prolonged.
