The invention discloses an adsorption desulphurization method and an adsorption desulphurization system for sulfur containing raw materials. The method comprises the following steps: a. sulfur containing raw materials and a first hydrogen donor are sent from a first inlet of a fluidized bed reactor into the fluidized bed reactor, and are contacted with an adsorption desulfurizer in order to carry out an adsorption desulphurization reaction, and adsorption desulphurization products and a spent adsorbent are obtained; wherein according to the flow direction of sulfur containing raw materials, at least one stream of a second hydrogen donor is sent from at least one fluidized bed reactor second inlet at downstream of the fluidized bed reactor first inlet into the fluidized bed reactor in order to carry out the adsorption desulphurization reaction together; b. gas-solid separation of adsorption desulphurization products and the spent adsorbent obtained in the step is carried out, and the spent adsorbent is sent to a fluidized bed regenerator for regeneration. The method based on the system can reduce sulfur content of sulfur containing raw materials, and reduce loss of octane number of adsorption desulphurization products.
