The invention discloses a lifting mechanism of a paying-off device. The lifting mechanism comprises a machine frame, a main shaft and a lifting driving mechanism, wherein a sliding rail extending in the up-down direction is arranged on the machine frame, and the sliding rail is provided with a main shaft mounting assembly capable of sliding along the sliding rail; the main shaft is rotatably arranged on the main shaft mounting assembly; and the lifting driving mechanism is used for driving the main shaft to move up and down. In this way, the lifting mechanism of the paying-off device can conveniently and quickly realize installation of a coil.
