The invention provides a forming device and a forming process for a protective screen made from a continuous fiber composite material. The forming process comprises a step of fiber dispersion, a step of melt impregnation, a step of grid weaving and forming, a step of size setting and a step of drying and curing, wherein the step of fiber dispersion is carrying out yarn loading, yarn threading and yarn arrangement on inorganic continuous fibers and then dispersing the fibers in fiber dispersion gratings; the step of melt impregnation is melting resin master batches and then carrying out melt impregnation on the resin master batches and the inorganic continuous fibers; the step of grid weaving and forming is forming fiber bundles from the inorganic continuous fibers, and winding and fixing the fiber bundles and the transversally-weaved fiber composite material ribs to form a protective screen, and heating the protective screen; the step of size setting is cooling the protective screen, and carrying out size cutting on the protective screen; and the step of drying and curing is drying and curing the protective screen. The process is simple, the equipment is simple to self-make, the investment cost is low, the diameters of the fiber composite material ribs are high in selectivity, the shapes and the sizes of grids are selective, the applicability is wide, and adequate impregnation for the fibers can be guaranteed; the obtained product is more excellent in mechanical property; and moreover, the forming process is a green product technology.
