The invention discloses a cyclohexanone oxidized tail gas purification and comprehensive utilization method and system. The method comprises the following steps of (1) introducing raw material gas into an adsorption device for adsorption; adsorbing organic matter impurities in the raw material gas by adsorption agents in the adsorption device to obtain a first middle gas; (2) performing catalytic oxidization on the first middle gas to obtain purified gas. The organic matter in the nitrogen gas can be effectively removed by the purification treatment method; the organic matter can be recovered and reutilized; the purified high-temperature nitrogen gas can be used for expansion electricity generation; meanwhile, heat generated in the purification process can be reutilized.
