The invention provides a metal soft magnetic powder core resistant to high-temperature heat treatment. The metal soft magnetic powder core is composed of metal soft magnetic powder and silicon resin at the mass ratio of (0.5-5):100. Compared with the prior art, the metal soft magnetic powder core has the following advantages that after high-temperature heat treatment in an non-oxidizing gas atmosphere, internal stress is fully released, and the magnetic hysteresis loss decreases; a cladding layer is not broken and maintains the integrity, and the insulation effect is good; the intact, crack-free and uniform-thickness cladding layer can improve the high-temperature resistance, high-temperature annealing of the metal soft magnetic powder core is facilitated, and the magnetic core loss is reduced by 50 mW/cm3.
