The invention provides a continuous chain tooth row manufacturing device of a zipper and a mandrel for the device. The continuous chain tooth row manufacturing device of the zipper comprises a long rod-shaped mandrel; the long rod-shaped mandrel keeps core lines of chain teeth in the long edge direction; and monofilaments and the core lines are wound together. The continuous chain tooth row manufacturing device of the zipper further comprises a mandrel frame for keeping a base end part of the mandrel, and a pair of screw rods arranged near two sides along the mandrel. An avoiding part obtained by cutting off one part of the side surface in the long edge direction is arranged at the front end part of the mandrel. A boundary of the part with the avoiding part and the other part, namely a step part is precipitously formed in a manner of reaching the plane of the avoiding part according to a width within a gap 1 of spiral parts of the screw rods arranged along the mandrel. The mandrel is not liable to damage; continuous chain tooth rows of zippers can be continuously manufactured for a long time; and the operation rate of the continuous chain tooth row manufacturing device of the zipper can be greatly improved.
