After schizothorax prenanti is fed with the fish feed, the serum IgM activity is enhanced, the contents of ACH50 and lysozyme are obviously increased, the superoxide dismutase activity and glutathione peroxidase activity are improved, the content of malonaldehyde is reduced, and the contents of relative total bacteria of aeromonas hydrophila and bacillus in the foregut, midgut and hindgut of the schizothorax prenanti are obviously increased. After the schizothorax prenanti ingests the feed, the immunity is obviously enhanced, and the survival rate is obviously increased, thereby improving the economic benefits and reducing the breeding cost.
