The rack type prefabricated cabin comprises a rack and the secondary equipment integration modules arranged on the rack; each secondary equipment integration module comprises a secondary equipment mounting frame for mounting secondary equipment; and an auxiliary part mounting frame for mounting a secondary equipment auxiliary part is arranged on each secondary equipment mounting frame. In the production of the prefabricated cabin, the secondary equipment integration modules can be produced synchronously with the prefabricated cabin rack and the prefabricated cabin body; the secondary equipment auxiliary part is mounted on the corresponding auxiliary part mounting frame in advance; before the secondary equipment integration modules are mounted on the prefabricated cabin, wiring and debugging can be performed in advance; the debugged secondary equipment integration modules are entirely mounted on the prefabricated cabin rack, and the prefabricated cabin rack can be directly mounted in the prefabricated cabin; and compared with the prior art, difficulty in secondary equipment wiring and debugging can be lowered, and the prefabricated cabin production efficiency is improved.
