The invention discloses an encrypted lateral flower chromatography detection card and a detection method. The detection card is mainly characterized in that a plurality of lateral flow chromatography detection channels are integrated on one detection card at the same time, a kind sorting sequence of a detection object corresponding to each channel has randomness, and a user cannot directly read a detection result by naked eyes. Each detection card has a unique identification code which is applied to card identity authentication and contains decryption information of all detection channels. A card reader can send the identification code and original detection signals of all the channels to a network server through the internet to be encrypted, and detection data can be passed back to the card reader through the network to be displayed and outputted.
