The method comprises steps: a virtual request set is acquired; according to a virtual link corresponding to each virtual request in the virtual request set, an optional physical link set for the virtual request set in an infrastructure layer is determined; in view of a service corresponding to each virtual request in the virtual request set, the fault rate of the service is determined; in view of each optional physical link in the physical link set, the link load rate of the optional physical link is determined; and the fault rate of the service corresponding to each virtual request in the virtual request set, the priority weight of the service corresponding to each virtual request, the load balance weight of the infrastructure layer and the link load rate of each optional physical link are substituted to a pre-built main link mapping model, the main link mapping model is solved, and a mapping link of the service corresponding to each virtual request in the virtual request set is obtained. When the embodiment of the invention is applied, the mapping link of the determined service can be ensured to have high reliability.
