The invention relates to a preparation technology of small molecular water. Various instruments for manufacture of small molecular water are prevalent in the existing market, but all the various instruments have the common defect that small molecular water rapidly becomes macromolecular water which cannot be stored and limits promotion and application. Through the preparation of the small molecular water, the problem that small molecular water rapidly becomes macromolecular water which cannot be stored is solved. The preparation technology provides a reliable production technology for the production of small molecular water, expands a wide application market of small molecular water, and has a long development prospect.
