The invention provides a design method of a high-reliability ground measurement and control link in an electrical test of a satellite launching region. The method includes following steps: step 1, two pairs of ground measurement and control antennas are erected on a tower fixing platform, uplink and downlink shunting are performed through a plurality of circulators, the two pairs of ground measurement and control antennas are respectively connected to a main interface and a backup interface of a base RF fiber repeating system, and when the ground measurement and control antennas of the main interface are shielded or not stable, base personnel directly switches to the backup antennas through a switch matrix of the fiber repeating system. According to the method, conventional equipment resources can be fully utilized, the redundant heat backup design of the ground measurement and control link is performed, and the troubleshooting time is reduced as much as possible.
