本发明提供一种酶电极和使用了该酶电极的生物传感器。一种酶电极，其特征在于，包括：包含集电体的电极；结合于该集电体表面的形成单分子膜的分子；和与该分子结合的包含细胞色素C亚基的葡萄糖脱氢酶，通过上述葡萄糖脱氢酶的氧化还原反应，在葡萄糖脱氢酶与集电体间进行电子转移。

The disclosure discloses an enzyme electrode comprising; an electrode comprising a current collector; a monolayer-forming molecule bound to the surface of the current collector; and a glucose dehydrogenase comprising a cytochrome C subunit bound to the monolayer-forming molecule; wherein electrons are transferred between the glucose dehydrogenase and the current collector by oxidation-reduction reaction of the glucose dehydrogenase. The invention also provides a biosensor using the enzyme electrode.
