The invention discloses a lubricating structure. The lubricating structure is formed in a mode that two materials of different densities are combined into an integral structure through an additive manufacturing technology; and the two materials of different densities are separately a lubricating part with low density and a matrix part with high density. The lubricating part is manufactured through the additive manufacturing technology, and the lubricating part is a loose structure. The lubricating part is equipped with a lubricating permeating structure; and the matrix part is equipped with a lubricating medium pipeline and a follow-up temperature-control pipeline. The invention further discloses a lubricating method. The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating structures. The lubricating structure can guarantee normal use of a motion mechanism and parts by injecting a lubricating medium to the motion mechanism and the parts of the lubricating structure; and waste liquor inside the lubricating structure is discharged, and impurities on the outer surface of the lubricating part are quickly cleared, so that impurity clearing difficulty is reduced. The lubricating structure is manufactured through the additive manufacturing technology, shortens processing time and reduces manufacturing cost.
