The invention discloses a preparation method for a pipe connector. The preparation method for the pipe connector comprises the following steps: S1, adding raw materials into a mixer, starting a heating device, and preheating the raw materials; S2, adding the preheated raw materials into an extruding machine through a conveying pump, and continuously heating the raw materials until the raw materials are completely molten; S3, injecting the molten raw materials into a mould along the central axis of the pipe connector from one end of the pipe connector; S4, after the mould is full of the raw materials, stopping injecting the molten raw materials into the mould continuously, and then cooling a semi-finished product by utilizing a cooling medium; and S5, taking the cooled semi-finished product out from the mould, and punching an injection end of the semi-finished product by utilizing a punching machine to enable two ends of the semi-finished product to communicate with each other so as to prepare a finished product. The pipe connector obtained by the preparation method does not have a seam line, so that uniform stress on the pipe connector in an expanding process can be ensured; the strength and the anti-cracking performance of the pipe connector are improved; and the service life of the pipe connector is beneficially prolonged.
