The invention discloses a drilling machine jamming processing device and method and is suitable for the field of bridge pile foundation drilling construction. The drilling machine jamming processing device comprises two arc-shaped steel plates, a connection flange disc, a guide sleeve and a drilling rod prepared according to hole depth. Damages to a hole wall during the processing of drilling jam can be effectively avoided, and damages to the drilling machine body can be avoided; drilling jam processing time can be shortened to a large extent, and work efficiency can be improved; and extra manpower and equipment investment can be reduced; and therefore processing cost can be reduced.
