The invention provides an all-terrain vehicle rear wheel pull rod structure. The all-terrain vehicle rear wheel pull rod structure comprises a vehicle frame and a pull rod of a rim support, wherein the two ends of the vehicle frame are connected with an all-terrain vehicle separately; the pull rod comprises a pull rod body, first connecting heads and second connecting heads, the first connecting heads are arranged at the two ends of the pull rod body and connected with the vehicle frame separately, and the second connecting heads are connected with the rim support; the first connecting head and/or the second connecting heads are telescopically installed at the two ends of the pull rod body; and the pull rod further comprises limiting devices used for limiting the installation positions of the first connecting heads and the second connecting heads. The pull rod connects the vehicle frame with the rim support to support a rear overhang and a rear wheel. When installation position location inaccuracy caused after pull rod installation occurs, the overall length of the pull rod is adjusted by stretching the connecting heads from the pull rod body, then the limiting devices are utilized to limit the installation positions of the connecting heads and the pull rod body, and thus the installation positioning requirements of the pull rod are met. The invention further provides an all-terrain vehicle rear overhang connecting structure.
