The invention discloses a high voltage power electronic transformer driving system and method bases on wireless electric energy transmission. The high voltage power electronic transformer driving system and method bases on wireless electric energy transmission are characterized in that a resonant wireless electric energy transmission technology is utilized; an inductance coil is used to sent the resonant frequency electric energy to a receiving end driving device in a remote wireless mode; through rectification and DC/DC conversion, on voltage and off voltage are generated, and are used as the voltage and the electric energy demanded by on/off of switch tubes; the wireless electric energy transmission means can realize high voltage resistant electrical isolation through an air gap, thus satisfying the demand for allowing the switch tubes to drive the high voltage grade of potential reference points to rise and the high electrical isolation degree demand; different resonant frequency can be applied to the driving device to avoid generation of cofrequency electromagnetic interference, thus realizing mutual separation of driving and power supply in the physical aspect and reducing electromagnetic coupling and interference between each switch tube; a PWM electric pulse signal is controlled to accept photoelectric conversion, and an optical signal is transmitted through fiber between the sending end driving device and the receiving end driving device, so that optical coupler isolation is realized.
