The present invention relates to the field of power distribution cabinets and particularly relates to a power distribution cabinet with rain-proof, heat radiation and shock absorption functions. The power distribution cabinet comprises an outer cabinet body and a triangular top cover at the top of the outer cabinet body. The outer cabinet body is internally provided with an inner cabinet body. A U-shaped cavity is formed by left and right side faces and bottom surface of the outer cabinet body and left and right side faces and bottom surface of the inner cabinet body. The tops of the left and right side faces of the inner cabinet body and the inner side face of the triangular top cover are provided with flow gaps. The bottom surface of the inner cabinet body and the bottom surface of the outer cabinet body are connected through shock absorption columns. The bottom surface of the inner cabinet body is provided with fans, contact parts with the fans on the bottom surface of the inner cabinet body is provided with gaps, and the corners of the gaps are provided with electric hinges which can fully cover the gaps. The bottom surface inner sides of the outer cabinet body are slopes whose heights are decreased from the left side face to the right side face of the outer cabinet body, and the connection part of a right side face bottom end and the slopes is provided with filter mesh. The power distribution cabinet with rain-proof, heat radiation and shock absorption functions of the invention has the advantages of a simple structure and a good practicability.
