The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thin film solar cell. A perovskite light absorption layer is prepared through the following steps: dual-end-group substituted alkane high boiling point solvent and polarity low-boiling point solvent are taken as composite additives, performing blending of the composite additives and perovskite precursor materials such as metal inorganics, organic amine into strong polar solvent to form perovskite light absorption layer coating liquid, and obtaining a perovskite film after coating drying. The boiling points of the two composite additives and the polarity organic solvent are distributed step by step to improve the precursor material dissolvability and the interfacial energy when coating, the addition condition of the composite additives is controlled to regulate the nucleation rate of the perovskite film to form a uniform, compact and low-roughness perovskite film and reduce the carrier recombination and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency and the stability of batteries.
