The invention provides a packaging machine which comprises a downward-traction bag pulling station, and a packaging bag packaging station used for integrally packaging a packaging bag. The downward-traction bag pulling station comprises a bag pulling mechanism used for downwards dragging the packaging bag, and a bag-pulling driving mechanism used for driving the bag pulling mechanism to downwards drag the packaging bag. The packaging bag packaging station comprises a longitudinal packaging mechanism and a transverse packaging mechanism, wherein the longitudinal packaging mechanism is used for packaging the side portion of the packaging bag with loaded particle materials, and the transverse packaging mechanism is used for packaging the top and the bottom of the packaging bag after the side portion of the packaging bag is packaged. By means of the packaging machine, the particle materials can be efficiently, orderly and automatically loaded into the packaging bag which is expanded on a packaging bag forming support, the bag pulling mechanism orderly drags the packaging bag with the loaded particle materials to downwards enter the packaging station along the packaging bag forming support, and meanwhile, the side portion of the packaging bag with the loaded particle materials is longitudinally sealed, and the bottom and the top of the packaging bag are transversely packaged.
