A non-coaxial pen with an automatic refill outlet function comprises a pen end part, a penholder, a refill and a braking assembly. The refill comprises a writing end and an ink storage part. A non-coaxial part is arranged at the end, close to the writing end, of the ink storage part. The penholder is hollow and is provided with a bent non-coaxial part, a holding part and a penholder body part sequentially from the end close to the pen end part in the axial direction. The pen end part is combined with one end of the non-coaxial part, and the X-axis and the Y-axis of the pen end part and the holding part have an included angle of 5-25 degrees through the non-coaxial part. The braking assembly comprises an elastic piece, an operation part and a blocking part. The blocking part comprises two limiting convex parts arranged inside the holding part of the penholder and the ink storage part correspondingly. The elastic piece is penetrated by the refill in a sleeving mode and blocked between the two limiting convex parts. By operating the operation part, the refill can be moved outwards and compresses the elastic piece or is retracted and reset through the elastic force of the elastic piece, and accordingly the non-coaxial pen is convenient to operate and carry.
