The invention relates to the field of communication technology and especially relates to an addressing method and related device and system for an industrial field equipment and is used for solving a problem of impossible of one network for all due to poor compatibility and expansibility of an addressing method in the prior art. According to the invention, a plurality of logic function modules are preselected and marked out from one slave station and each logic function module is allocated with one IP address. During an addressing process, addressing of the logic function modules but not only the addressing of the slave station can be performed based on the IP addresses. Since the IP addresses are universal, good compatibility to a prior internet protocol can be realized. Besides, since the quantity of the IP addresses is huge, demands for slave stations and the logic function modules that increase continuously can be met. Since addressing in the function level of the logic function modules is realized, safety of the industrial field equipment is improved. For instance, when a slave station suffers malicious attack and an attacked logic function module gets damaged, other logic function modules of said slave station can still work normally.
