The invention discloses concrete cementing material, high-durability fair-faced concrete and a preparation method thereof. The fair-faced concrete is mainly prepared from 400-520kg/m<3> cementing materials, 1000-1100kg/m<3> coarse aggregates, 650-780kg/m<3> fine aggregates being sand, a water reducing agent and water. The cementing materials include, by weight, 40-70 parts of cement, 20-50 parts of granulated blast-furnace slag powder, 1-5 parts of silica fume and 1-7 parts of fine sinking beads; water is 0.29-0.36 times of the weight of the cementing materials, and the water reducing agent is 0.08-0.15 times of the weight of the cementing materials. The high-durability fair-faced concrete has advantages that by removal of coal ash and addition of fine sinking beads and silica fume, average bubble chord length is decreased, compactness is improved, the problem of fair-faced concrete appearance color difference caused by the coal ash is avoided while appearance bubbles are reduced, durability is improved, and requirements of high-durability fair-faced concrete are met.
