The invention discloses a multi-functional miner lamp charging board circuit and a design method thereof. The multi-functional miner lamp charging board circuit comprises a control circuit, an RS485 communication interface circuit, a charging and state monitoring circuit, a font library reading circuit, a photoelectric monitoring circuit, a TM card reader circuit, a charging circuit, a magnetic code lock circuit, an LCD display circuit and a voice broadcasting circuit, wherein the all circuits except the control circuit are connected with the control circuit. The multi-functional miner lamp charging board circuit is connected with an upper computer by the RS485 communication interface circuit. A power supply module provides power for the charging board circuit. According to the charging board circuit, the charging state information and personnel information of the charging cabinet can be obtained timely; power-failure storage is realized; the stability and accuracy of the current value are high; the voice broadcast function is realized; and the mine lamp and the charging cabinet door are kept to be in correct states.
