The invention provides a quick-slow charging method and apparatus for a storage battery, and an intelligent charging pile. The quick-slow charging method for the storage battery comprises the steps of detecting the voltage value of a target battery on a to-be-charged vehicle; determining the target specification attribute from many specification attributes of the target battery according to the voltage value; receiving a charging mode selected by a user; determining a charging scheme for charging the target battery based on the charging mode, the target specification attribute and the voltage value; and charging the target battery through the determined charging scheme. By adoption of the quick-slow charging method for the storage battery, the user can choose the charging mode optionally according to time, so that the method is more user-friendly and diversified in charging modes; and therefore, the technical problems of incapability of selecting the charging speed by the user according to time and the single charging mode of the conventional storage battery charging method can be relieved.
