By adoption of the quick-slow charging method for the storage battery, the user can choose the charging mode optionally according to time, so that the method is more user-friendly and diversified in charging modes; and therefore, the technical problems of incapability of selecting the charging speed by the user according to time and the single charging mode of the conventional storage battery charging method can be relieved.
