本发明公开了一种基于售电量预测的多约束条件下的电网企业投资预算测算方法，涉及企业投资预算研究领域，基于未来一年售电量预测，计算出普通约束下、目标利润约束下以及目标资产负债率约束下的投资预算并取三者中的最小值确定电网企业投资预算。本发明充分考虑了多种约束条件，更为科学合理，基于灰色预测模型，结果更加准确。

The invention discloses a method for estimating the investment budget of a power grid enterprise under multiple constraint conditions based on prediction of power sales volume, and relates to the field of enterprise investment budget research. Based on the prediction of power sales volume in the coming year, the investment budgets under a general constraint, a target profit constraint and a target asset-liability ratio constraint are calculated separately and a minimum of the three is taken to determine the power grid enterprise investment budget. The method takes full account of a variety of constraint conditions, is scientific and reasonable, and is accurate in results based on a gray prediction model.
