The invention discloses a portable low-altitude unmanned plane control method and system. The system comprises a power source portion, wireless signal interference equipment, a target sighting device, a direction controller, a satellite navigation signal generation and emission device, a communication interface and man-machine interface equipment, wherein the communication interface is externally connected with a radar detection system or a photoelectric detection system and is used for discovering a remote unmanned plane, the target sighting device is used for pointing the unmanned plane and making the flight direction of the unmanned plane controlled. The system is portable and is in a hand-held operation mode. The method comprises steps that the target unmanned plane is discovered through a detection or observation mode; expelling, forced landing or real-time control on the unmanned plane is selected according to task demands; during real-time control, a simulation satellite navigation signal is generated according to parameters inputted by the man-machine interaction equipment or parameters automatically generated by the direction controller and is emitted. The system is advantaged in that discovery, interference, expelling, capture and control of the low-altitude unmanned plane are integrated into one body, and control on the low-altitude unmanned plane can be effectively realized.
