The invention discloses fusion protein consisting of porcine albumin and porcine interferon gamma, a preparation method of the fusion protein and recombinant porcine pegylated interferon gamma. The fusion protein is formed by connecting the porcine albumin and the porcine interferon gamma through a flexible linker, and the recombinant porcine pegylated interferon gamma can be obtained by mixing and freeze-drying the fusion protein and a lyoprotectant. The recombinant porcine pegylated interferon gamma can significantly prolong the half-life of the porcine interferon, and the half-life is prolonged by 18 times or higher than that of ordinary porcine interferon; the recombinant porcine pegylated interferon gamma has a broad-spectrum antiviral effect and can improve the porcine immune response.
