The invention discloses a sorting and boxing device of knives, forks and spoons. The sorting and boxing device comprises a sorting mechanism and a collecting box mechanism. The sorting mechanism comprises a sorting machine frame, a Y-axis sorting moving mechanism, a Z-axis sorting moving mechanism and four pairs of sorting mechanical arms. The four pairs of sorting mechanical arms are connected with the lower portion of the Z-axis sorting moving mechanism. Each sorting mechanical arm comprises a rotary air cylinder, a finger air cylinder and a pair of claws. The collecting box mechanism comprises a boxing frame, a collecting box moving mechanism and two pairs of collecting boxes. The collecting box moving mechanism comprises a power output mechanism fixed to the lower end face of the right middle portion of a top beam of the boxing frame, a right driven belt pulley, a left driven belt pulley and a collecting box synchronous belt, wherein the collecting box synchronous belt is wound on the left driven belt pulley and the right driven belt pulley and connected with the power output mechanism. One pair of collecting boxes is installed at the right end of the top beam, and the other pair of collecting boxes is installed on the collecting box synchronous belt through a sliding plate. According to the sorting and boxing device, the sorting error rate of products can be greatly decreased, and fast packaging of the products can be achieved.
