The invention relates to a plastic granulator air gathering device. The plastic granulator air gathering device comprises a conveyor, a screw extruder and a water groove which are sequentially arranged from front to back, the end of a discharging opening of the screw extruder is provided with a mold head used for extruding out thin-strip-shaped plastic, an air gathering cover is arranged at the tops of the mold head and the water groove, and shielding cloth used for covering the mold head and the water groove inside is arranged at the bottom of the air gathering cover. The plastic granulator air gathering device is simple in structure.
