The invention relates to the technical field of bearing ring machining, in particular to a machining method for local phosphatization of bearing rings. The machining method for local phosphatization of the bearing rings is put forwards. According to the machining method, before phosphatization of the bearing rings, the bearing rings are cleaned one by one, the surface of each bearing ring is wiped through white cotton fine cloth, and the cleanness degree of the surface of each bearing ring is guaranteed; the roller path faces of the bearing rings are coated with a coating solution which does not react with a phosphatization solution; the bearing rings coated with the coating solution are subjected to standing for 12 h, and phosphatization treatment is performed after the coating solution is solidified into a coating film; and after phosphatization, the coating film on the roller path surface of each bearing ring is torn off. The machining method for local phosphatization of the bearing rings guarantees the product precision requirement, and solves the problems that according to an original machining method, when a phosphating coating on the roller path face is removed in a grinding manner after phosphatization, a phosphating coating on the outer diameter surface of an outer ring is abraded and is not uniform.
